Oak Tree Ministries

Oak Tree Ministries is a Birmingham-based nonprofit dedicated to building lasting relationships and creating opportunities for renewal in the Marks Village community. Through a Christ-centered, trauma-informed approach, the ministry works to address the effects of generational poverty and trauma by providing mentorship, Bible studies, educational support, youth programs, community development initiatives, and practical resources for children, teens, and families. By focusing on renewing lives, restoring hope, and rebuilding communities, Oak Tree Ministries strives to foster meaningful relationships that empower neighbors to thrive and create lasting, generational change.

Campus Outreach Birmingham

Campus Outreach Birmingham exists to build laborers on the campus for the lost world by reaching, discipling, and developing college students into Christ-centered leaders. Founded in 1978 under the leadership of Briarwood Presbyterian Church, the ministry began at Samford University and has since grown into a global movement impacting campuses around the world. Through evangelism, life-on-life discipleship, leadership development, and partnerships with local churches, Campus Outreach equips the next generation to know Christ deeply and make Him known wherever God calls them.
