After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, my love of helping people began with a career in non-profit development taking me to many different cities, including a few years in the Caribbean. About ten years ago I made the move to the Shoals area, where I found myself renovating historic homes in Downtown Florence. As I was buying homes to renovate, it was a natural step to become a Realtor and help others in my close community who had questions about the buying or selling process. As the years have gone by, I became one of the top Realtors in the Shoals area, and surrounded myself with a team of other real estate professionals to better serve our area.
When not working with buyers and sellers, or personally working on one of my own renovation projects, you’ll find me out and about in downtown Florence, enjoying local music, working at Kodachrome Community Garden, the non-profit I co-founded, or out with friends at one of my favorite locally owned places.

I fell in love with this beautiful area while attending the University of North Alabama, and now, it’s home—my favorite place to live, work, and explore. Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent time as a paralegal, where I developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of legal processes. Those skills have shaped the way I approach real estate: with precision, care, and a focus on what truly matters to my clients. Whether you're buying your first home or relocating, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with a strong work ethic and a servant’s heart.
Outside of work, my husband Parker, our daughter Gracie, and I live in Florence (just a few doors down from Matt!). We love spending time with family and friends, exploring the stunning natural beauty of the Shoals—whether on land or by water. You may catch me around town in an Empowered class, running in to grab a coffee, or taking a walk at McFarland Park.

Caitlin brings energy, dedication, and a love for people to her career in real estate. Before joining the industry, she spent over a decade coaching collegiate men’s and women’s volleyball across the Southeast, developing strong leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Just a few years ago, Caitlin and her family made Florence their home, drawn by the area’s charm, history, and vibrant small-town feel. She quickly immersed herself in the community, finding new ways to connect and contribute. As a Strength Instructor and Personal Trainer at GRIT Fitness in downtown Florence, Caitlin has spent the past two years combining her passion for fitness with her commitment to helping others thrive.
Caitlin and her husband, Gus, love life in Florence with their daughter Cai and their two playful pups, Aspen and Denver. Whether they’re spending time with friends and family or exploring the many hidden gems of the Shoals, Caitlin approaches everything with the same warmth and enthusiasm she brings to her work in real estate.
